Returns and Exchanges
We at Betzalel Jewelry want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with your purchase or gift, you are welcome to return it for an exchange or refund within 60 days of the shipping date.

 

If you are returning merchandise for an exchange or refund, the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be credited back to your original method of payment less any shipping costs. Simply repackage the item and ideally include the original receipt and packing slip you received with your purchase. Please share with us the reason for your return/exchange on the packing slip.
